Eduardo José Flores Machado, has a degree in Police Administration from Northern Arizona University, USA, mention in Industrial Protection, graduated in Fire Science at Pima Community College, Has obtained the Certify of Professional Protection CPP, granted by The American Society for Industrial Security, ASIS International in 2000 year.

He has participated in a variety of workshops and courses at national and International level as an: Assistant, exhibitor and speaker in management training   areas, leadership and Integral Protection,  some to highlight; International Asset Recovery Conference, Alas Miami Management Summit , Saro Puerto Rico, FIRE Security Expo Miami, Marketing Management, Annual Seminars Exhibits ASIS, Air Line Security, Custody of Load Transfers; Process Management, Comprehensive Prevention against Drug Traffic, Urban Violence and Risk Analysis, Aviation Security Seminary AVSEC, Capitals Legitimation, Projects Managements and Analytics Methods of Investigation.

Is a member of  International Association For Asset Recovery (IAARONLINE.ORG) and the Venezuelan Association of AVES Security, has been Chief of the National Chamber of Private Security CANAVIPRO 1989-1997, part of the Security Committee of the Venezuelan American Chamber of Commerce and Industry VENACHAM and has the charge of Vice-Chairman of  XXIII Region of the     American Society for Industrial Security, ASIS.

His experiences includes positions of leadership and Management Performance occupying the charge of Director in Psychologist Systems REID from Venezuela  Agriculture Vivas fences of Protection C.A., Taser Inversions of Security Equipments and tools, External consultant of Federal Security Agency in the city of Panamá and leads in the present the International Corporation of Comprehensive Protection C.A., CORINPROINCA occupying the Presidency since 1986.
